2016 Travel Summary

Playa Del Carmen

Lake Como

Myrtle Beach

Oklahoma City

Eight countries, seventeen cities, one year. I am so thankful to have traveled as much as I did last year. From spending time with my best friend, to traveling with my grandmother <3, to shopping and strolling through Denmark with my godmother, to spending Christmas with my family and my cousins, to going to a wedding, to going on a relaxing trip with my boyfriend, to spending my birthday with my favorite people, to having a girls trip with my mom, and everything there in between. I truly hope 2017 will be filled with as many fun trips and time spent with my loved ones. Thank you to everyone who made 2016 special <3

Sticks'n'Sushi and PS Bar & Grill

Tove and I had such a cozy day in Copenhagen and to end it we ate dinner at Sticks'n'Sushi (the one at the Tivoli hotel, the view was amazing). We then grabbed a drink at PS Bar & Grill before heading home. Incredible food and the best company <3

Swedish Meatballs at Tures Stockholm

This is a very traditional Swedish dish and also one of my absolute favorites. So simple, yet so good. Meatballs, gravy, mashed potato, lingonberries, and pickled cucumber, YUM!

Cozy family dinner at Bastard Malmö

So much love <3 I really cherish times like these when we all get to spend time together. It does not happen often considering we all live in three different countries across the world. Hope you all got some quality time with your loved ones over the holidays, HUGS.

New Years Eve

Get ready for a rainfall of pictures from New Years Eve. What an amazing way to end 2016 and begin 2017. Food prepared and cooked to perfection in addition to great company, the best combination (for those of you who read my blog regularly you already know that there is nothing I enjoy more). Mike was missing because he had to say in the US to work but other than that this New Years could not have been any better. Thank you all for this wonderful day.

Erik and his humor, it never fails.

Beautiful sisters <3

My gorgeous best friend <3

Pretty ladies!

Alex and Simon had been prepping for this dinner for about a week. Just look at this menu!

Our first course in the making!

Hard working guys! So many thanks for this mind blowing dinner.

The second course which also happened to be my second favorite.

At it again!

We had a different kind of wine paired with every course, so well thought out and planned.

The fourth course! Just wow. Everything was so delicious.

This was my absolute favorite! Can this be in front of me again right now? My mouth is watering just thinking about this.

YUM YUM YUM! Need I say more?

There were so many fireworks everywhere. I love fireworks!

Cheers to 2017!

The brilliant masterminds behind the creation of the dinner!

It was way too windy for this so we did not really succeed, hehe, but we tried!

Ended the night with dancing in the living room <3

Thanks to everyone for making this New Year a good one <3 Also, special thank you to Simon and Alex for an incredible food experience!

1 January 2017

HAPPY NEW YEARS!! Today was spent on the couch with the exception of a long walk to get some fresh air. We have been watching SKAM which is a Norwegian TV show that everyone is talking about (here in Sweden too). It is addictive, and a must see. Relaxing and cozy day to say the least. Tomorrow I will post about NYE and our amazing dinner. I hope you all had a great end to 2016 and a wonderful start to 2017!

A beautiful and delicious dinner

What a dinner, wow. Everything was beyond delicious and the presentation of the food was beautiful. Cannot say I have done much else but eat ever since I landed in Sweden, but I am not complaining when the food I am being fed is this good! HUGS
